Yes, I offer a full 1 hour free training session going over the workout program and demonstrating my ability to coach you throughout the process. You will get a feel of what to expect and of course, getting to know me more and my training style!
Yes! You are allowed to pause training and coaching without losing your session count. You can resume whenever you like or have the availability. However, consistency matters to seeing results or progress so limit your breaks and plan accordingly with me.
Please be advised that I do have a 12-hour cancellation policy on all sessions. Any session canceled within 12 hours of the appointment is going to be charged. There will be some EXCEPTIONS such as unexpected sickness, injury, etc. This policy excludes consultations.
