Where are you located?

I currently reside in Maspeth, Queens, New York. However, I train my clients either online or in-person at their local gyms or private training facility.

What is your availability for training sessions?

My availability will vary based on my current client schedule as well as my 1-on-1 consultations. The best method is to contact me to figure out mutual availability that works.

Do you offer a free training sessions?

Yes, I offer a full 1 hour free training session going over the workout program and demonstrating my ability to coach you throughout the process. You will get a feel of what to expect and of course, getting to know me more and my training style!

Will I be able to pause my sessions for any reasons?

Yes! You are allowed to pause training and coaching without losing your session count. You can resume whenever you like or have the availability. However, consistency matters to seeing results or progress so limit your breaks and plan accordingly with me.

What happens if I cancel or can’t make it to my scheduled session?

Please be advised that I do have a 12-hour cancellation policy on all sessions. Any session canceled within 12 hours of the appointment is going to be charged. There will be some EXCEPTIONS such as unexpected sickness, injury, etc. This policy excludes consultations.

Can you help me with injury rehabilitation or post-surgery recovery?

With a background in pain-free movement along with exercise therapy and experience with helping injured individuals, I can help you recover from surgery, injuries, and prehabilitation.
